About you

We are on the hunt for a talented and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales deals with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Maintain revenue report and analysis to ensure daily activities progress according to business goals and target
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in Malay & English language is a must. Fluent in Mandarin language is an added advantage!
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
